This is alot of stuff to take it lol. Also were the ignition is fused I believe thats on my main fuse block, Ignition regulator. That fuse is perfectly fine.
I was just gonna take the current power wire off the starter, and hook up another one to it going to the + on my silverado.

^^^ hahaha, noticed he said runnin. just kiddin man. my engine is still ripped apart so mine isn't runnin either. sucks. haha. hope you get it figured out soon man.
