Anyone know what this is?

This is a 87 b2600. I would like to know what this is, I cant get the truck to stay running , I plugged the end of this hose with a bolt and she stayed running a lot longer then it bogged out. I'm also looking for the stock air cleaner, any help would be appreciated.

is this picture reversed cause it looks like your carb is on the right and b2200s have the carb on the left

b2600 carb is on the right, left on b2200

where does it hook up too? need pics

I'm the last person that needs to be answering engine questions, I just opened the haynes manual and seen it.
