ok, has anyone put a cold front or cardboard behind theier grill to help with heating in the cold winter? i did, and the thermostat acts wierd, but was thinking its just from being below zero, and driving 80mph that caused it to warm up, and then cool back down. in town, it heated just fine, but down the intertsate, it cooled off.

Just make sure your heat riser is hooked up and you shouldn't need anything else... That seems a little weird but I don't know I've never done that to any vehicle.

Did you buy a stat from Canadian Tire by any chance? I've bought a few of them and they suck ass. If you did, try grabbing of form the deal as they're more reliable and better quality.

just put a piece of cardboard behind the grill. to make it work decent, i took the hole grill off, and zip tied it on. has held up so far.

i did it and it worked. i just put a peice of cardboard between the radiator and the AC condensor. it covers about 3/4ths of the radiator and heats up fast. and it doesn't overheat. exept yesterday when i was trying to see my top speed it almost did so i took it out for a bit lol. 75mph. i think i can hit 80 without the cardboard lol
