b2600i not running need help ASAP!

im workin on gettin it runnin for ice raceing..... i ran in spring then i parked it and im sure i ran it once between then and now....


i am 90% sure its fuel related.

i looked in my haynes book and its tellin me to replace the relay thats behind the drivers side kick panel....

is there anyway to bypass it to make sure that it is the problem...

i cant tell if the fuel pump is workin....
are you able to hear it run?

i tired to take my box off to get at the fuel tank but the bolts are rusted...
go figure eh?

any help would be great.
