No it would not... I would personally run 2 1/4 pipe to a borla muffler...dumped out the side of the truck or the back...by putting the dump under the bed you get a lot of resonance...

i love the way my truck sounds, it has a hollowed out cat and flowmaster single inlet dual outlet with two turn downs under the bed, deep sound and not loud at all

the weber really made things alot louder too. sounded almost close to stock but louder without the webb.
