what would be a good set of carbs for itb setup that are not fuel injected

itb being individual throttle bodies? isn't that a fuel inj. only thing???

With a custom intake manifold you could run multiple small carbs. I have a '57 chevy with 3x 2 barrel carbs on a straight 6. I think someone on here was working on a side-draft setup.
