I PMed a pebble pushers member on s10forum about that truck. Said it was crushed awhile back. Got vandalized outside their shop and Rodney didn't rebuild it. Sold it to the crusher.

Its a isuzu bumper and a toyota front valance molded together, I have the MT feature from like 5 years ago in my garage its truck that made me want to build an isuzu.

My bumber is a Toyota 4x4 molded together with a billet insert plus Hi-Tech LED's in it. I saw ICUTSTUFF plus Radars' Isuzu with Toyota bumpers and thought it was a cool idea.
