changing o-rings in injectors

i figured out it was the first injector in line at the front of the truck that is leaking. How do i change the o-rings and rubber washers on this? i have no idea how to and inteneded on doing this saturday night so i need a heads up.

do these injectors just pull out?

do i need to remove the fuel rail above the injectors?

i believe they just pull out of the rail but not for sure...im doing a 86 626 turbo swap which has the same fuel injection system but i have not messed around with the intake manifold except for cleaning it

When you get the injectors out they should just have rubber o-rings that you replace but also not for sure

just see if you can get them out and you should have no problems from there
