no it will prolly run better just be sure of your areas emissons laws

I pulled my first cat few months back. runs much better now little more power as well.

I ditched the front cat when I put a header on mine

drive a pipe through the center of it and no cop will know the differnce!

You will need back pressure or your throtal response and power will drop.

if you look at the azz end of my truck ive got split duel exhaust no cat no mufflers sounds good and no powerloss that i have noticed
