ok... is the engine/trans mounts the same in the B2000, B2200, and B2600? i got a B2200 and i have a guy that has a number of different 2.0's and such. i need to find a new engine trans and idk what will fit in my compartment besides a V6 or V8.

from my understanding the 2.0 and the 2.2 is the exact same block.. so yes they will bolt up to each other. Might need to check the tranny bell housing as well as the small stuff.. cause its always the small stuff that kills ya. The 2.6 is totally different

the 2.0 and 2.2 have the same trans, i found out that they have different motor mounts, but they are the same trans.

I have a very good 2.0 with right about 100,000 miles doesn't smoke at all and runs strong and it's still attached to the 5 spd tranny which is still in good shape too.
