Do these things really work?

I was looking on e-bay and seen this - has anyone tried on of these and do they really work- i'll try anything with gas prices the way they are these days..,1&item=7997611449&sspagename=STRK

my dad and one of his co workers mad some at there machine shop and gave them out and they didnt change anything....

they are crap

just like those little fans

and intake mod chips

i would rather hook up a power inverter and a leaf blower to my intake, it would work better
