Just wanna post my truck. =[

Ah well, it's for the better I suppose. Keeps the scammers out.

Edited by Huskerdually: Not much point in making you wait till 50 to post in classifieds if you are just going to post it in another section. There are several reasons for the rule and we try and enforce it.

By the way, I noticed alot of you guys put in new ranger headlights. That's cool as hell!

Also, I'm not sure if it's against the rules for me to post that link without the 50 posts but if it needs to be removed I can.

we're sorry you don't like the 50 post count rule . but it helps protect from people who want to pawn off thier crap on people and then disapear. You just joined here Today . relax . unless your not intending on ever coming back here again once you sell your truck.

IF You don't want to deal with our forum rules then you have other options one of which you already are using (craigslist) , mautofied is another , and finally ebay. Sorry this post count rule is to protect our best interests . We don't even know you Enough to let you become a supporting member to bypass the 50 post count rule.

I have no problem with the forum rules, I do believe I stated that.

I was just posting my craigslist link while I work on that 50 post count and enjoy the forums.

Your being hostile here and moving it from a happy zone to an unfriendly zone, lol. There's always of course a chance that I'll stay after the sale (if I sell) because I'm looking for a Ranger, which also includes 94+ Mazda's. Pre-94 automatic Mazda would be cool as well.

I was thinking just the same thing, stick around and look around. I'm sure you will get to 50 posts without even noticing it.

Bagged89, no reason to be a dick.

I felt the same way but realized it is a good idea. And the fact that it is enforced is great. Ive been on other forums that have the same rule but is not so enforced and crap just gets spilled all over the place.

+1 on the no need to be a dick rule. I try not to be on either forum I'm active on.

....what? "automatic"? trust me... you seriously dont want an 86-93 thats automatic unless you actually have some power under the hood... those things have like NOOOOOOOO power when they have the auto trannys... just something to think about....

on a side note...

i do remember that even tho you are required to have a specific post count to actually post for sale, we used to allow you to post links to your craigslist under internet deals, even if you didnt have supporting member/post count met... did this change...?

This was more for members that saw something other members might need or be looking for. It was more us helping each other out.

I myself have a problem with people signing up for the sole purpose of selling something, and to me that is clearly the only reason he signed up.

It is a gray area in most forums and tough to police and make people happy. I will just try and continue to be consistent in what I do. If Baha don't like it he will tell me.

i was just askin that cause i was posting links to my stuff for sale before on cl, back when i didnt have my supporting membership, cause it might have been at that time you were REQUIRED to have a supporting membership to post in the for sale section, but you were allowed to post in internet deals if you werent a supporting member...that might be more what im thinking... and the only post you could do in internet deals what linking to cl or ebay...
