Decided to send my truck into Cliff your ride.. Its a little late, but I do have an incredible story for my truck. I love it but right now sit at over $20k into it and drive a 2004 Kia Rio. The truck is going nowhere and I will not have a dime to spend on it for years so it is definitely a worthy cause. Vote for me if you've ever wanted to see a Mazda smash!
BTW I still love dawgs and will continue to work on mine / get a new one later in life I am just a flat broke student that can't afford it and I don't want to see it sit.
Zac
dude, if you end up doing that we should meet up lol i need a motor mine smokes like a bitch. but seriously, i wouldn't cliff it.
no man definately no to cliffing it. part it out , you get money back and you help out alot of people
yeah cliffing it sounds pretty lame to me
alot of guys could benefit from those parts as already stated
cliffing a mazda with a fresh motor? come on!
No offense, but you bought a used vehicle in Ontario. What did you expect it to be rust free.. Come on, you live in the province where they spend more on salting the roads, than a politicians paycheck.
Now, I just bought a 1992 B2200 Cab plus in BC, that is 90% rust free.
I agree with the rest: Dont cliff it, part it out. Cliff the Kia..
I would do it for 30k I mean common. This truck has cost me everything and has not, and never will, give back. I love it but can't even afford to do shit all to it let alone drive it right now. I could part it out, but I am not and will not.. Its not worth it I have over 20k into it, which was never worth it I know, but I was always just already too far in to stop... If this truck was great and I had 20k into it I would love it, but it was all just spent on repairs and bs I was forced to do; and the truck still isn't even in perfect mechanical order. Let alone it still has its stock 90hp and can't even pass etest in Ontario with its headers. I need to start over and either will on a new truck waaay in the future or I will keep this truck and slowly finish it but like I said I don't want to see it rot and its not worth my while to sell it. I would get less than I paid for it 5 years ago and everything would have been a waste... Not gonna let that happen. But 30k is actually about right. Whence me sending it in lol..........................................................

time.
Oh and for the record I bought it knowing it had rust, planning to fix it. When I found out how much there ACTUALLY was I fixed it ALL. At that point my motor went, and everything else mechanical preceding it.. So with all my labor and money invested in the rust work I never could stop... Constantly fixing... Never winning... Which is how it got to have so much money into it.
i know the love you fell for your truck man, beleave me,if at all you can come to a way to keep it you should try, put it up some where so it will stay dry( i know ez'er said then done), but you cant just give in to the harp of to much put in and nothing coming out, you put it in there so you can see the work you did that is the return you get, the filling of ( i did this, i made it better, i worked on this truck), if you let it go, you will regret it later and kick yourself for it over and over, so im saying dont do it man, save the truck take some time off from it and let the filling come back, it will, beleave me... i let mine go and i wish i never did
WTF?
this is the lamest argument ever made to wreck a truck it doesnt make any sense to me,
is this about getting attention or something?
Fn drama,
no just cant stand to see a good truck die
