I'm Back

It's been a long time since i been on here I've been going to school now I'm an EMT-IV hopefullyi will havemore timeto get onhere again and time to work on thetruck

not really following you here unless you post some pictures of your truck of course

Whats an EMT lV? im in school for a paramedic right now. We have basic which is what i am then intermediate and then paramedic.

i believe it means he has the ability to start IV's. i was a basic, and in wa i was a basic but they were a little different. some states you have to be a paramedic to be able to administer iv's. this just means he is a basic emt and can do iv's

snowplow is right is tennessee we only have EMT-IV's and then paramedics i want to go back this fall and get my medic

oh okay cool. thanks for clearin that up. There is talk of it going to that here in NC. Ill be done with my paramedic this november.

within the next couple years all states will be going to a national standard on what we can and can not do iswhat they are telling us here good luck with your paramedic
