Now I have to sell th' mazda

Long story short i got a dui on a quad out in oci tillo wells back in march of 2007, the state of ca has up to 2 yrs to set a court date for a dui, so i moved back to WV5 months i get a letter in the mail saying i have to be in court in 2 days not gonna happen so i miss court, yada yada yada. i then move to Idaho (where its basicly illegal to drive anything but stock rides because the damn cops harrasse you so much, doesnt matter if its lifted, lowered, or just sounds fast.) i eventually set a court date drive almost all the way to the mexico border and get all that sorted out. alright so i think im good, the da says im good, judge says im good, dmv not so much, so i have to file a deferment in the state of california accompanied by a sr22, so that they will lift my suspension, the insurance companys here in north idaho wont issue me a sr22 because i dont have a DL. its a big circle of shit. and on top of all that now i find out that on top of needing to get all that paperwork sorted out to lift that suspension, i have to pay the rest of my dui fines ($1800) before they will lift that suspension. Imean ive been caught driving a bunch of times sometimes it comes back suspended, sometimes it comes back expired, other times it comes up good. the judge told me the last time i got caught that if he see me again that im lookin at minimum 6 months in county. (hopefully i get a different judge lol) anyway i have to sell the mazda for as much as i can so i can pay my fines, it sucks nuts but i dont see any other way. sorry i had to vent!!!

What are you venting about? I'm lost here. You got a DUI and have to pay the consequence with a end result of selling your mazda? Suck it up.

sorry im not feeling your vent on this bro.... you got a DUI driving under the influence.... very dangerous stuff bro..... ive lost an uncle because of a dui driver....... quad, bike, lawnmower, tractor, car, truck, a dui is a dui and you have to pay the price since you chose to drive while under the influence. learn from your mistakes in life... hope you get it all worked out. it sucks not having a license i know. lost mine for 6 months for a speeding ticket.... 6 months turned to 2 yrs after they dicked me around... tell ya what though bet you dont catch me speeding much anymore....

Sorry,Getting a DUI is the most pathetic thing you can do...... people die because of Asshole's like you that drink and drive. You could of called a Taxi and could of save you at least 1750$

QUITE DRIVING.... Simple. have your mommie or daddy drive you around or even your girlfriend... Is it really worth losing your license for more time?

Sorry.. But i am a Firm Believe that you done wrong... I know somebody that was killed because of a DUI Driver and the Idiot walked away... Family is still paying for it 3 yr's afterward!

wow man that sucks, hope you get it all sorted out and i understand sometimes people make mistakes so dont let everyone get you down, i dont have a license cuz i cant afford to pay a $3400 ticket i got for driving with no tabs or insurance and the car(70's van) had no seatbelts LMAO, so i just drive like a grandma now lol. but hey you can ALWAYS find ANOTHER mazda down the road, when i sold mine i thought i'd never find a better deal agin about 1 year later my buddy got one didnt wanna fix it and sold my current one to me for $280.. ye les then $300 i got a decent little beater lol.. so just dont let these guys bring you down cuz you made a mistake ive made plenty, just LEARN FROM IT! and you will be fine down the road.

Ok first off im 26yrs old and dont live with mommy or daddy and havent since i was 16, i own my mistake yea it was wrong i passed the field sobriety test and failed the breathalizer because i was .01 over the legal limit! the reason i got pulled over was because i wasnt 20feet from the main road, i was not swearving or doing something stupid. the drinking was from the night before, i had already gotten up, went ate breakfast, went back to the campground and one of my buddies forgot his helmet, so me being the person i am go and rent him a helmet so he can ride. and i got pulled over on my way back, so i guess that none of the people calling me a piece of shit have never drank to much, went to bed, then woke up the next morning and drove your happy ass somewhere??? think about it!!!

You where still over the LEGAL LIMIT... I don't care how you think you act. You can still be IMPAIRED and feel fine... Trust me if you had a friend that died or a family member you would understand better.

If you owned up to your mistake, you wouldn't come on here bitching because you have to sell your mazda. Besides what does not living with mommy and daddy have to do with anything?

Regardless on how to sugar coat it, you failed a breathalizer and have to deal with the consequences. Point,blank,period. So deal with it.
