there in the shower? nuthin. it was just that moldy cuz they dont clean nothin. hell i even found fastfood boxes in their bedroom with mold growin in 'em. there disgusing.

Meh....for three hundred a month, even as dirty as they left it, you have a smokin' deal. My mortgage is over 3300 a month.

welp i went up to clean up some more last nite. put a new doorknob and lock on the garage door and locked it all up. went over to the house, and the deadbolt had been pried on. imagine that! so i tightened all back up for temporary and called the sheriff. he took my sister and her bf's names and numbers (they blocked our cell numbers so we can't call 'em) and he's gonna call 'em today and tell them there not to be on the property anymore. if they show up, its criminal trespassing. so i got me some new deadbolts and a NO TRESPASSING sign today. still got more to clean but i'm not trustin them two.

ok... been busy as hell with the place. got all the carpet torn out of the basement. gonna repaint the floor. rearranged it a bit too. its one hell of a party place when ol' man winter shows up.








my big ol' livin room that i'm hardly in... need some stuff gone outta there yet.





also did the garage so i can fit the caprice in there. its still a mess but its gittin there slowly.

300$ a month? they should be jumping thru hoops .i'd love to have a spot like that for 300$ a month with a garage . 300$ a month barely gets you a room - hell most places charge 100 a week for a room they are ungreatful.
