Need advice.

Alright, well it is getting pretty bad in my neck of the woods, the past 2 days my truck has been vandalized 3 times. It started out with it having 2 eggs thrown at it last night, then this evening I went with a couple of friends to the store and while I was gone someone dumped apple sauce and jello all over the hood and windshield, and tonight I was in my room and I see a car drive by and hear a paintball gun fire and go outside to discover they had not only hit my truck but my house. I honestly don't know what to do about it though, I have a really good idea of what it is but no proof, and as for cops, there are never any around so having them to prevent it is a no go. I don't want this to get violent I just want it to end with no damage done to my truck, so any ideas you have would be awesome. Also I just got a friend to text the kid and he kind of admits to paintballing the truck but I don't know what to do with this new found info. I don't know if I should tell his parents and see if it stops, and risk his parents not doing anything and it getting worse. Or going to the police and showing them but once again at the risk of that not standing for anything and it getting worse for trying to turn him in.

is it the same guy that did all of this....? if so, what has insighted his agression towards you/your truck, aleviate that issue, and his agression should stop, if it doesn't then you may have to go another route with his parents and or the cops.....

OR you could just wait outside his place for him to come out & open up a can of whoopass on him & let him know that it will be twice as bad if the don't quit f-n around with you/your truck....

Get a friend to sit outside in another vehicle and wait....
Use a video camera, to get proof.
Call cops.

or...
Go whoop some ass, and possibly get assault charges.

malicious vandalism is a misdemeanor.Tell the kids parents that if the shznizzle doesnt stop,u r going to press chaRGES AND THEIR LITTLE DARLING WILL DO SOME TIME IN JUVIE.That should stop it.bj

after looking at the pictures of your truck, how would you know it was vandalized? maybe those are awful pictures.

park it in a building and nothing can happen to it.

if you have photo and text evidence, save it, get phone records from your provider. submit what you have to my hero, judge judy. she will make that kid look like a complete douche, he will never vandalize anything ever again, and his parents will have to pay you.

why would someone want to do such things to you/yourself/your house? did you provoke, piss off, piss on, cheat on, steal from, lie to, beat up, cuss out, anyone?

007bob pics in my garage are my old b that I crashed, pics of my new B are below. As for getting them back I probably will but I am going to outsmart them and get them nailed with a possession charge or something.



I also now have a phantom grill, and I am looking at getting a set of chevy wheels machined so they will fit.

Man I have to go on the nice side and say call the cops... report everything. Do not hesitate. The longer you wait to call them the less they will do. You are a grown up with your own house, family ?, vehicles. There comes a point where you are not a teen and can't just go around whooping peoples arses. However fun that may sound it just won't get anything done. Usually you can report stuff to your insurance as well. If the police don't do anything the insurance may... Have they vandalized anything else in the area? If so get them to follow your move.

thats not the truck i saw. when i click 1987 mazda b2200 below your name it shows a truck with a hood scoop, and it looks like more rust than paint,or maybe its the 1/2 pixle camera that was used.

anyway, document as much as possible, police reports are good.

I'd file a report most of the time this is just bs they basically get to pick and choose which reports to follow up on. I filed one when my radio got stolen haven't heard anything yet. I may give the non emergency # a ring tomorrow and see whats going on with my report.
