yeah sohc... its only bout.. uhh... dunno. its a decent drive. best way be just follow 36 east. i been over ur way before. nice area, just too flat for me. gotta git the door next week and hopefully i got a guy wantin to buy some caprice parts so i can git the starter.

wow... bein broke keeps ya from advancin on projects but i did a few lil things over the last 2 weeks...
new clear corners and a GM ORIGINAL SS GRILLE. not one of them thar FLEAbay knockoffs
spoiler and impala trunk key cover
and put the dash backtogether with new cluster cover and lumina wheel.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yeah i know i'm not around much.
but i found out why it wont start!!! the 94 pcm and engine harness doesn't mate up with the 96 body harness... DUH! OBD1 and OBD2. i'm an idiot.
me and my supermechanic friend went thru and he check the wires. some things are different but instead of the hassle of findin each one and splicin, im gittin a 94 interior harness. hopefully here in the next few weeks. man i miss my car!!!

ok... i went monday to the local yard (the only one who has anything resemblin caprices) and got me a 96 engine harness. goin tomorrow, saturday, to summit to meet a guy from the SS group and pick up a custom tuned 96 ECM. its set up for 30# injectors, 3.73's, headers and OBD2 delete so i only gotta run the front two o2 sensors.
so now i gotta find me some rear gears and i may have found a set of 30# injectors. its only $110 for the ECM and just to have mine retuned would be $125. plus its already been retuned by the master. i'll probly end up puttin in 1.6 RR's, S10 torque converter, transgo shift kit, and some budget headers.
but anyways the car wont be runnin for awhile, and neither is either truck. i'm stuck drivin a ford taurus. gotta save up cash to have the things fixed on the car and the front end fixed on the 4x4. probly just gonna sell or part out/scrap the 89.
