i finally got to talk to my landlord about the uncle... the uncle is not allowed to use the mower anymore. landlord agreed with me when i told him im not going to keep fixing things just so his uncle can break it. that i dont want to have to go fix the stupid thing every time i need to use it... uncle is perma-banned from mowing duties...
