What I been up to lately...

So we put in a offer on a house in shepherdsville,ky. 3 Bedroom 2 full baths. 1200sq feet. Single military man owns it, house is in excellent shape. We opened the fridge and counted 26 dozen eggs.....

Garage to come once uncle sam delivers that $8,000 to my bank.

congrats man!....me and the wifey have been looking around here and its soooo damn pricey..but we can't leave the state..too much local family and my shop...but hella good score...garage it, park a grill out back and get your chill on for all of us that can't!..lol

The guy who has owned it since it was new is a military guy. Which explains why so many eggs. A very protein guy I must say. We been house hunting for about 2 months and it's been getting VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. Everything we found that we got dead set on fell through. Alot of the houses we seen on the internet were beautiful, but in person was a complete shit hole.
