damn nice house that bitch would be about 230k around here.... make sure you go through the house and check the plumbing. stay away from lead water pipe and cast iron drain pipe. they will cause you may problems and is costly to have the house replumbed (we just charged a customer $900 to repipe 1 bathroom, just something to keep in mind. best of luck with the purchase of the house it def looks nice
