Sweet deal man. Now is deffinetly the time to buy if you can. I looked at refinancing to get a lower interest rate but the market has killed house value so I am stuck for now. No biggie it is still fixed and lower than a lot of others. Now get to work so we can see some sweet progress on these Dats.
