thats great bro hope it works out for you! ive been trying to think of osmething to patent for years now, being a 3d designer and all i guess i could do it!

patents are usually in the thousand dollar range, my buddy might be opening up a clothing line and its going to cost him a grand

Well I got some good news last night and I'm on my way. My patent has been excepted by the patent office. First it is going to be patented in the US then I'm going global with it. Little did I know that patent is going to cost alot more than I thought like in the ten g range. So don't know how I'm going to come up with that kind of money but at least I have almost a year before I have to. To get the trademark by the middle of March though I need $2500 for it, and then its going to the trade show in Chicago. If my invention appeals to 1%of the United States and they only buy 1, it is 3.4 million. If it appeals to 1% of the world and they only buy one 660 million, this could be crazy. Well just thought I'd keep you guys posted on the progress.

cant you get a gov grant for the patent?

Every where everyone uses it, believe me I wish I could tell you but not quite yet. Thats a hell of an idea, I'm going to have to look into that, thanks todd
