sponsorships??

i just got a call from some sponsorship company wanting to sponsor my truck.. said they saw it online.. they also said all i have to do is go to car shows approved and hand out stickers and flyers and such.. all i have to pay is an $89 agency fee. anyone know anything about this? said i weas approved by 33 companies for sponsorship, and i got to keep the parts i get in return. any info?

me too. i was trying to ask questions, and the guy got an attitude and said when i was sure i was ready, to give him a call back.

i highly doubt thats for real. some company tried that with me once and it was a stock truck! haha.

yeah.. it's carsponsorships.com.. not sure i'm going to do it.. actually, almost positive i'm not. i was just curious about it.. it'd be nice to have some wheels and tires for my truck, though.

How'd they get your number from seeing your truck online? Thats weird..

that's what i was wondering. lol. they've called every day for the past 5 days.. i didn't know the number, so i never answered.. i finally did today to see who it was. how did they know my name? or my number? or my email?

Did you sign up for anything like that? Thats interesting. Any type of contract or a terms deal you'd have to sign, I would look further into it. In all honesty it never hurts to ask, lol, Call em back and see if they can either e mail you or mail you some info about the sponsorship. Let them know youre uncertain about it, And want to look further into it and are possibly considering doing this, you just gotta make sure it will suit your needs.

i never signed up for anything like it. i want to big time, though.. if it's possible for me, and won't be too big of a hassle.. otherwise, i'll just do like everyone else. lol.
