sorry to hear bro im going through pretty much the same thing with my dad now. but i will tell you the lord works n mysterious ways we were told a lil over 3 months ago that he wouldnt make it a month after they let him out of the hospital. and now three months later he is still here and doing everything he was doing before he went in, but i know with his condition he can pass at any time. im just thankful that he has gotten to spend so much time with my kids because i never got to meet my grandfathers. but you are in my familys thoughts and prayers

This in my opinion is the best post I have ever read on this or anyother site! This just proves how great the people here are! My heart goes out to you and your family, We just went trough this with my wifes grandmother, we got a call that she wouldnt make it through the night a month ago so we got in the car with my 2yr old son and drove all night to NC hoping she would get to see her only greatgrandson. We made it and the look on her face when she saw him was worth everthing it took to get there! Her outlook changed and she lived almost 2 more weeks! We miss her deeply but still love her with all are hearts! So be safe and best of luck to you and your family, we are her for you brother!

i'm doing better this morning. still upset.. didn't get much sleep.. but it really helped reading everyone's thoughts. taylor, thank you so much. that really helped me out this morning. thanks to everyone, it means a lot.
