auto shifters

im wanting to put a b&m z gate shifter in my truck but what im trying to figure out is how would i do my overdrive switch since it is in my factory handle now

its a simple binary switch "0n-off".u could mount one on the dash,on your steering wheel,on the console,etc.any 2 pole switch would work.the interior cabin lite that works off the switch on the door post is similar.the kick down switch is on the accel so it wouldnt matter about that.bj

ok does the shifter mount to the top of the tranny or do they have a cable? i havent pulled anything out yet to check. i just want something different from the stock shifter
