Definately remember and prefer the old ways. These days to many innocent people end up dying.

comes down to the fact that the law protects the criminal more than the innocent. If you have a shop and have a gaurd dog and lets say some dick breaks in and gets attacked bt your dog. You can be sued and up here that prick that tryed to steal from you will win. I believe eye for an eye and that these bastards that take a life should be taken behind the court house and be shoot. save the tax payer some monies.

just like if they break into your house and you shoot and wound them your screwed better make sure it counts.
On a plus the cops just searched around my house and in the back yard for the gun I imagine but they couldn't directly say. but it wasn't dumped at my house, I know alot of the search and rescue team that was helping they really looked everything over pretty good so at least the kids wont find a gun playing in the yard.

also I have some more details
talking to some people the guy that was killed lives around the corner two houses down he was 47 and had two kids that lived with him. his oldest is in my sons class and not sure age of the younger kid.
The guy that shoot him is 18 just got out of juvie in may.
now there is two sides of this story going on now some people are saying that it was a bad drug deal.
the other is that the 47 year old molested the 18 year old's niece when he found out he went looking for a gun and the 47 year old and found him down the street at the mexican restaurant.
It's hard to say which is true but I guess it will come out sooner or later

man, that really f**ked up. up here in the tri-cities meth is getting real bad. i cant stand tweakers. i had an ex roomate that turned to that shit and my stuff ended up missing constantly until i got the apartment staff to escort him out and changed the locks. definitely stay on the city and dont give up. those kind of people dont just go away, they multiply and soon enough itll be all around the neighborhood if nothing is done.
