i need help with this mp3 player

.. okay i have this little mp3 player and when i plug it in nothing shows up or even when i go to my computer nothing is there ... i know its connecting but any ideas ? ?

ive had it since last year and never used it .. i know how to put songs and stuff on but i cant get this to read on my computer !!

oh its a sansa sandisk 2.0 gb

pictures ? kinda hard to say what it could be without seeing it... so can you plug in head phones and play songs? when i got my ipod i didn't know that i needed itunes to upload songs to it... maybe its like an ipod and needs some software to see it....

hey andrew have you had any trouble after installing updates on your pc with your itunes library being empty cause i went to add some more songs to mine the other day and all my music was gone. and dont mean to jack your thread cody

well heres the thing i got it on x-mas and i plug it in and it worked .. so i uploaded 5 songs and its good so i left for awhile and came back and didnt work .. ive had many of these before and i know how they work but have no idea why it dont show up on my computer

is there a reset option in the software?

reset like in the mp3 ?
