the best thing that i have found is take and polish it and then hit it with a car wax aka turttle waxjust every now and again hit it up and it will stay pretty clean

Yea, aftermarket parts are you get what you pay for kinda thing. I replaced the bumper, valance and end caps and it took me a good while to get them to come together and fit right.

The chrome bumpers won't last long, indeed. Only if you don't take care of it. Polish the crap outta the bumper all the time with mothers powerball or something with some rubbing compound. Hit it up with a wax like maguires.
