FUGGIN EH!!!!

went in to work this morning to find i had been layed off because of the economy slowing down around here. so now i just ordered all the stuff to finish the bag list off for the front of my truck and am now treading the broke category. and also that fucks my plans up for flying to cali and going to dropzone at the end of june. f*ck f*ck f*ck. okay im done ranting now.

you aint lying marcus my work has been so slow i have only worked like two weeks all year thank god for alot of deductions at tax time and a somewhat decent savings or i would have been up shit creek without a paddle

i just talked to my cousin and he is a supervisor at his job. they travel alot but i think it would be cool for now. they leave and go check emissions at power plants acrosst he country. they pay perdium plus 8 hours a day garanteed whether you work 1 or 8 and then overtime after that. dont have to pay for gas or hotel. and get to see all kinds of places and the job is gravy. they pay you from the moment you leave the shop till you get to where your stayin. and after your hired on full time the insurance is free. plus with me being gone alot i wont be spending money on gas and all that good shit so i can be saving alot and work on and drive the dawg on the weekends. i guess we will see how it pans out.

man that sucks. I'm in the same boat too. I got layed off at the end of january,and still waiting to be called back. I worked a temp job,and they layed off an entire shift last week,so I was let go. Then I hur my back on Sunday,so I can't work at all this week...

But in 2 weeks I'm starting an HVAC course/apprenticeship that's 5 months,so...we'll see how that goes.


Sucks gettin layed off,especially when you like your job. Hope things pan out with that job with your cousin. Best of luck bro!

yeh im hopin if things go right i still may be able to go to dropzone. but the chances of findin a job quick enough to have the dough to go and being able to get that time off at a new job is slim to none. if not this year then maybe next.
