This is a Proposition to get St.Patrick’s Day and officially recognized National Holiday.
If you want to sign up you can, if not no big deal. I know that for whatever reason a lot of us celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, so why not make it an observed Holiday. Heck if nothing else. We could use an extra day off between New Years and Memorial Day
