damn cop shouldnt have jumped on the hood. there were 3 cruisers layin the smack down on that mofo, he would have been pinned right when the car showing the video came up. i can see shooting if he drives his car at a cop standing in the road but the damn cop jumped on his hood and the guy was trying to idle away. i dont think he wanted to hurt the cop but rather get him the fudge off his car so he could try to get away. or maybe the only reason the car was idleing with the cop on it was because the driver was shot and his foot came off the brake. my point is that the cop made a bad decision by getting on the guys hood.

Granted the officer maybe could have chose himself a better location to be standing but we don't know what was going on in the heat of the moment, you can't see until after the third car comes into play

I'm all for what they did. If he would have slipped away, again, whos to say he didnt hit a bus, loaded with people, and killed them all?
