what do you think about this?

ok a guy i work with bought this truck from my boy david, projekt94. for 700 bucks. and has done nothing to it but hack up the upper control arms (and i mean HACK IT UP!!!). other than that he has done nothing but he is trying to sell it for 1600 bucks. with an engine out of a nissan maxima that had 180,000 miles on it. here is a link to the craigslist add

the guy is retarded! he had a nissan 240sx with a turbo charged straight 6 that he bought off some guy and he has never done anything with it. the engine wasn't even installed. my guess is that he had a friend while he was in the army that had a kick ass ride so he bought the nissan. never did anything with it and traded it for a camaro with an lt1. now he is talking shit about racing a good friend of mine that actually built his car. my boy has a 94 trans am with an automatic and has a jacked up tranny that still runs high 13's in the 1/4. the idiot, right after trading the nissan for the camaro that he has also done nothing to, says that he can beat my boys trans am. now personally i don't give a shit who wins a race but he likes to act like he has built everything that he has and knows nothing about what he has. right now he is "building" a 79 c10 that is going to fall apart if he ever gets it on the road. he is welding with a 110 welder off about a 50 ft thin ass extention cord and is welding the frame work with this rig. i told him to get it off the extention cord but you can't talk to this guy. he thinks he knows everything about everything. he never even thought about a bagged truck until he started working at my job and saw my 83, then he ordered a 2000.00 kit and thinks he knows everything about it.

he just basically hacks up everything he touches both at home and at work and it is really annoying just hearing him open his mouth. when i first met him i thought cool, another guy around here that is into what i am into. then i found out what a real fake this guy is and i just can't stand being around people like this.

sorry for the rant. i just can't stand it when people can't even be themselves and try to claim other peoples work.

kind of makes me feel good to know that i am not the only one around stupid people like this. but on the other hand it sucks that there are stupid people like this. hahaha.

another guy i work with explained it to me like this... people with lower iq's don't know that what they do is shit, they think it is top notch, all of the time. but people with higher iq's know when they make a mistake and know when there work looks like garbage. and it just takes the integrity of the individual to correct the mistakes. --- made perfect sence to me.

ya but the big problem with them is when you try and set them straight or give advise or even say you will help they get all pissy and say that they know what they are doing and don't need help. I tryed it with one guy and even said it wouldn't cost him a dime and I would fix the problem and he went off like a bomb.

probably not. my boy is trying to get the truck back so that we can make a bar-b-q pit out of it and i am going to get the wheels. haha. he wants to sell everything together.
