Trust me I pay out the butt and through the nose for that garage. $465,000.00 for the garage and got a house for free. lol

it sat on the market for a year and the price came down twice before my wife and I got it. Prices are only getting cheaper as the houseing market gets worse.

$465K!!!??? Damn they must pay a lot out there these days. I only went in for $150K and know what I pay a month. If my house cost that much I would be doing crack cause I would have to work more than I already do...and that would be just to afford a soda and twinkie each week.

Prices in California are crazy. I paid a little more for my house. It was on the market over a year and I still have the first flier, which was over 200K more than I wound up paying!
