I had 16s on mine, didn't quite tuck, but with bigger wheels it could be possible, but you might still have to do something about the inner fenders so you dont destroy your tires. Not sure about offset.

Okay so i have my mind set on what I wanna do. I want to flip ball joints and maybe mono leaf the rear. And I wanna see if I can pull off 17 or 18 Inch eskies. So what u think? Also is there any advantage to putting the overload on top of a full leaf pack or no? Thanks as always guys

Putting out on top will force the leaf pack flat, and honestly isn't a good or safe idea. It can also force the axle into the frame. Another not so good thing for ride quality. They are supposed to be on the bottom to protect from over weight conditions of the truck and to keep the leaf pack from trying to reverse the factory curve. And really messing up your suspension.

Okay thanks Leland, I guess I'll just mono leaf it and maybe notch frame? How hard is it to pull off? Any way to do it without cutting frame into two separate peices? I know welding is involved but what did you use to weld yours? Thanks as always guys.
