IT Department supervisor for a State Government dept here in TN. I fix everything from a duff mouse to a flaky router. I work on my truck and my old motorcycles in my spare time for a different change of pace.

There are some handy occupations out there for working on trucks!

I'm a signwriter/signmaker.
(In SERIOUS need of an UPDATE, which has nearly started YAY!)
Company running 6 or 7 years... it owns me if I'm honest.

So... I can make stickers for my truck, lol.
Which I haven't done... as it needs a wrap and I can't make up my MIND!!!!!

Im a Pipe Layer aka Plumber, work for Roto-Rooter, I'm what they call a combo Tech, I do both plumbing calls and sewer clogs and yes I play in some nasty stuff from time to time, but the nastier it is the more it pays. "Your shit is my bread and butter", for the most part I do more plumbing repairs on faucets, fixtures, pipes, but I also unclog sewer pipes.

Rock Quarry Plant Maintenance Supervisor. By supervisor it showed be more like bastard that does all the work while the rest watch and learn. Been doing it for almost 9 years now and it's far from my dream job but the hours aren't bad, pay is good, and the work (as long as nothing major destroy's itself) is relatively easy going.

Agreed. Cool thread! Learn interesting things about people! Find out who to ask about other questions you've got.

Contractor for the Coast Guard as an aircraft mechanic.

Working at ALC (Aviation Logistics Center) at the Coast Guard Air Station, Elizabeth City. We do the full overhaul cycle on all of the Coast Guard aircraft. (C-130, H-60, H-65, HU-25, HU-144)

Right now I'm doing the overhauls and a huge avionics upgrade to the MH-60J to T Helicopters. Basically a Army Blackhawk packed with avionics and no ordnance.

I also own/operate DarkWulf Performance; tuning/maintaining European cars.
