how to get more power out of my 2.0?

I have an 87 B2000 with a 2.0 I have pacesetter headers, weber 38, upgraded camshaft, flowmaster exhaust. It goes pretty good but is there any other mods or upgrades to ad without tearing apart the block?

well... you can pull it with a dodge ram with a cummins turbo diesel... lol
