Pull the spark plugs and see how it turns over without compression. Can you turn it over by hand, hard, easy? Do you know what the bearing clearances were?
Do you have spark? What about fuel?

I used assembly lube from autozone on all the internal
Was spinning the crank by hand not wrench before I put the head on it the same with the head but I never tried to spin it once I got it together
Could it be the flywheel I put the motor in with no help thought they went together easy

It's possible. Did you try and use a wrench and see how hard it was to turn over. It could be a bad starter.

pulled spark plugs out and it turns over easy put sparkplus back in and it turns not as easy as with the plugs out but not hard
went to autozone today to test the battery and its good they told me to test my alternator thinking what does that have to do with it turning over well went and had it tested and its bad would that cause it to turn over hard

are u plugs MAYBE to long? not the proper ones...if ur alternator is seized then maybe but if it spins then that shouldnt be the problem
