AWWWW No brakes!

Precursor, 1993 mazda b2600i, 2wd.
I was driving my son's truck last week and I thought the brakes felt weird but just chalked it up to being used to the van. Well then I drive it Friday and the first stop I'm thinking, "something is really not right". The next stop "ya this is kinda dangerous", the pedal pretty much goes all the way to the floor with little resistance. I check the fluid when I get to work, and it's low, right about the minimum. So I fill it and no better, I think maybe I got some air in the lines, but if you pump them they get no better, so I am thinking that is not it. It has no visible leaks, so I am thinking the master cylinder has gone bad. I have not had a chance to even look at it since I got home on Friday, but was wondering what some of you guys think.

I had a similar problem in my parents camry. It was a bad brake booster.
