My new truck

ok... after a small hiatus to Chrysler. I am back with a new truck. Sunday Apr 4 I picked up a 1992 B2200 Cab Plus for $650 cdn. Almost exactly 1 month after my Dodge mini van bust into flames (click ths link in my signature).
Ok here is what I know about the truck so far. It passed aircare with flying colors, and is aircared to 2011. The old girl sat for at least the last 3 of the last 4 years without even being started. The PO insured (day tags) it a couple of times since last June. It sat and was started twice a month, but never let it get up to Operating temp.
He ran it for 10 to 15 mins and shut it off. So that means that the cylinder walls got washed down with fresh fuel, and never had a chance to re-oil themself.

OK Sunday when I drove it to my dad's place, I found that driving it was much like driving through mud, and I went through a hell of a lot of fuel. Got it to dad's place, and both front wheels were smokin hot. LOVELY seized calipers, sprayed them down with WD40 and beat on them with a BFH, they broke loose.
I drove it to & from work with both front brakes still being tight. This morning on my way back from work, bing all of a sudden I felt them break loose, and the calipers are working again, wheels are free spinning, and lots of meat on the pads, I stop on a dime.
Sunday & Monday I would start the truck it would be hard to start, and blow tons of smoke for a good 10 to 15 mins before it cleared itself.
Jumped in the truck this afternoon to come to work, and touched the key, and she fired up on the first try. NO SMOKE (at all), scared the Sh out of me, I thought I was out of oil (oil is full). No Smoke??? I drove to work like I stole it, TONS of power, 4th gear up most of the small hills, 3rd for the large one, and maintaining full power.
I think I stole the truck, because all she wanted was to be treated like a woman. Driven Hard!

Today when I fired her up to leave for work 2 key clicks and she fired right up. little puff of blue to let me know I still have oil. This truck purrs, NO LIFTER noise at all. TONS of power, I forget I'm driving a B with all the go juice. The brakes are still a little tight in reverse..

So now the big question...
Lift it.. crank the torsion bars and put in 3" blocks I still have the 15" yota Wheels & tires off my old truck 235/75R15 in the rear & 205/75R15 in the front.
or I go a California rake, 15's in the rear & 14's in the front..
or
Slam it?
Now I have never been a huge fan of Low riders, draggin my fat ass outta somethin low aint my idea of fun..
