bad news today

so today as i was driving around town messin around and doin like two burn outs. later on goin to the parts house i hear my engine clattering real bad i was like well crap what is it now engine has just been rebuilt. come to find out that my truck wont start unless it has small charge on battery. so i pulled the valve cover off and saw that atleast one of my tensioners has broken if not all of them. like i said i rebuilt whole engine, so shouldnt be any probs right? wrong. then checkin the lifters over and all i come to find out that one of my lifters is missing part of the hydrolic part of the lifter. so from it not wanting to start to most likely having to replace my timing setup and finding part of my hydrolic lifter. and when i finish this i still gotta figure out why it wont start without charge. and i thought after a rebuild i wouldnt have any probs. ohwell i love this truck to much to let it go. ugh.

would anybody happen to have the lil part that sits on the valve that is part of the hydro lifter?
