So driving down the street. ( going the speed limit ). I get pulled over. I wasnt doing anything wrong. Police officer happens to notice my bumpers missing. ( was in the middle of putting on my yota bumper ) also no license plate. Cracked wind shield and oh yea Illegal window tint. Well shit

Ticket for the tint. ( let me go on the other stuff.)

And he gave me 15 days to sort all my shit out.

Wut an inconvenience it was removing my tinted windows putting in none tinted ones getting it inspected and then coming home and putting the tinted ones back in! jeez.

Anyways i felt i should gripe about it to my bscene brethren and see wut trouble the laws been giving the rest of u guys regarding ur project trucks. (or driving habits ahah)

How about getting pulled over 2 nites in arow for having my rear plate mounted to the front of the box facing back. Because I just put on a new rollpan and didnt want to drill holes in it.

The first officer also warned be about being too low.

The second one gave me a no insurance ticket aswell.

Didnt drive the truck the rest of the week and didnt see a single cop. Go figure.

I got pulled over this week for having no rear bumper, I also had no bed too. Good thing I got my insurance reinstated that morning cause it was a big bear, lol

Suprisingly since I've moved to Alberta I haven't been stopped once yet. My truck is a rolling heat bag and cops don't even give me a second look. Even driving around with no bed.

Back in Ontario I used to get pulled over just for driving my truck. F*cking OPP are pricks.

i've been pulled over quite a few times. got the no rear bumper tickets, tail lights to dark schpeal, luckily no comments on the tints 2.5%er's, basically ragged on for my interior being stripped(no wheel cover/door panels/console/mirrors) although maui cops are pretty chill, they're more concerned about the island safety checks and registration

i've been arrested fixing my truck, i am an idiot for this. so on the island, people abandon SO many cars and trucks, they either get stripped and parted out or set on fire, when they get towed(usually 3-6weeks) they go straight to the junk yards. so i finally found an abandoned B, heisted some parts, 2 bed fulls, and just as was diggin out with a 3rd, the 5.0 rolls up, and BAM! they were gonna charge me with unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, which is felony. i ended up getting off with only a no insurance ticket. i got some quick parts but it wasnt worth almost getting a felony charge for a project truck.

forgive me, but what is a no insurance ticket? - dont have em in oz.
in australia if you dont have an engineers papers ( certifation from the road authorities) for your mods they rape you, send you to the pits ( inspection station thats real strict) and or red label your truck - which is you tow home from the spot and the 5.0 take your plates til it gets cleared. i havent had any drama's YET. only one copper that was curious about bags, played with my switchs til i ran out of air than left lol.

Some jurisdictions have mandatory insurance requirements for motor vehicle operators.

Uninsured drivers get ticketed or can lose their driving priviledges
