front bumper bolts

Do you guys know where I can get replacement carriage bolts to hold the front bumper/airdam/bumper ends together? I've tried Schuck's, Napa, Tacoma Screw.... The guy at Tacoma Screw said they don't even carry metric carriage bolts.

cant you use a standard carrage bolt?

They don't have the correct proportions. I'd prefer to find the proper replacements for the bumper.

your local hardware store..... or junk yard.... highly doubt you are going to find just the bolts themselves new.... good luck on the search and keep us posted on the finds....

I've checked the hardware stores already. The bolts with the correct size square lug on the back has a head diameter about twice the size of the Mazda bolts. I want to try some more to find the correct ones before I settle for something like that.

what about tractor supply? i'm sure they won't be metric but why would it matter if you have the right nut?

Seriously, I don't care if it's metric or not, I am just asking if anyone knows where to get a carriage bolt that has the correct size lug and head. I would rather find the correct proportioned bolt then one with a bolt head twice the size of the original. If you don't know where to find one then don't post, and be a dick about it. I made this thread to see if any of you knew where to find them, not to hear what you settled for.
