Where can I get?

A long time ago Grant (steering wheel company not the sheet metal company) made a chrome maybe billet steering wheel adaptor. I can't find any info on it, there website list numbers but no pics to see if it what I'm looking for. Hopefully somebody can point me in the right direction or they have on laying around. Thanks
