wheel question

My brother and his wife have a 2005 Denali and I just now noticed that they have a stock polished 20" wheel with the GMC logo embossed in the middle. Pretty cool lookin wheel for being factory plus its a 6 lug. Would these wheels work like the 20" avalanche wheels with 4x4 metal do? Just out of curiousity.... BTW they are the QS8 factory option wheel for the 05
