I takes place of the intake in the engine bay and puts it above the water, dust, etc....That way you are getting fresh air at all times...
Through the fender into the intake/air filter housing....Not into the plenum....There are some snorkels that go there, almost like a throttle body spacer....
Its just like an air filter just above the hood so you can go through water, mud, and very dusty trails...Simple design!

77' 620 Bullit side, l20b, Weber 32/36, L16 Intake manifold, straight pipe with Cherry Bomb, 15 inch pathfinders, 50 series Kumho tires, and thats all
And now my current project she looks a little rough but is solid.
70' Datsun 510, L16 motor, Weber 32/36, Straight pipe exhaust with a Super Trap, Slotted rear cross member, Aluminum finned rear drums, Lowered, SSS steering wheel only came on SSS coupes over seas, Bosch Amber high beams, and more to come
