i am a mini trucker because it is in my blood my dad had a 88 nissan in the early 90s and it was on leaf springs and sat 3/4" off the ground and was a daliy driver so nataurly i got a mini truck for my first car

Im a minitrucker because:
I love puzzles and right now thats what i have..a 5000 piece puzzle scattered all over my garage and dont have the slightest clue how to get it back together! I love torches, plasma cutters, the sound of a welder buzzing across a frame and theres no better smell to me than the odor of WD40 that hits me in the face when i open the garage door everyday. Im a solitude creature and love my alone time in the garage to take me away from the worries of money and time. theres no better feeling in the world that that first second you hear your motor fire for the first time in months, or your valve pop the first time you flick a switch and air it up. and when i step back when she finally rolls out of the garage i can say outloud "I built that motherfucker"

I remember reading this quote back in the mid 90's and it just hit home with me. I've built Muscle cars, Street rods, Hot rods, 4x4's, Lowriders, Choppers, etc. and something inside me always draws me back to a minitruck. I wish i could say it's because of the people but unfortunately, I can't. Most (not all of course) of the minitruckers i've met have been too arrogant to get their head out of their own ass long enough to say "hi". I wish the whole Minitruckin community could be as down to earth as the members of this forum, It would give us a better community and probably a better reputation. I will always be a proud Minitrucker, but I'm tired of all the jackasses that ruin everything for the rest of us. Sorry for the rant but that's my 2 dollars worth
