Steam and pull pull pull.Get it nice and warm and roll the wrinkles out with your thumbs and tuck the excess under the armrest and glue or staple it down.
Failing that if you still get wrinkles,make a small cut where the material folds over and under the arm rest.Just mae sure you can't see the cut on the edge of the armrest.
Wrinkles are just caused by having too much material.
I used to build Chrysler seats.
