swap parts that are better and there ya go !!
I vote for you taking the parts you need, and selling me the truck for a profit.
How old is the kid?
Does he have a job?
How is yours and his relastionship?
Sell it and start over. You've got one under your belt,so now building another one will be easier, and it'll come out better since you now know what to do and not do ater the first one.
Plus, giving vehicles to people you know always ends up a shitty deal cuz they beat the shit out of them, especially if it was free or cheap.
give it to him cuz your girl paid for the air anyways. bwuahahahahahaha.

only give it to him if he becomes your bitch!
"Get me a sammich bitch! ...No! Not you woman! My bitch! Where's my sammich bitch??! Dammit!!"
thats a hard one marcus..dont take payments on your truck..it never works out and you get the truck back and its thrashed ..needs work that it didnt need bb4 you got rid of it
if the kid is 18 and has no car or job thats kinda telling you something
he has parents to tech him responsability bro
not knocking him i dont even know him just my 2 cents
Well he really doesnt have parents, his mom is a druggie and his dad is doing everything he can to ensure his son has a roof over his head, he pays Misty (his sister my girlfriend) every month for his half of rent, Well we dont want his dad to do that anymore and we need him to get a job cuz his dad is paying his bills but not leaving spending money so he isnt doing much ya know? SO Im trying to motivate him to get a job and Ill get him a car. Im selling my white truck and bagging this one and whatever is left over I toild him Ill mat6ch him for a car!
swap the good cab on the white truckka nd white one bad cab on blue truck paint them and you guys both win and your not worried about him tearing a really nice truck all to hell. and you get a straight truck and he gets a first truck.

OK here goes my two cents... I am assuming that he knows how to drive... Keep your white one as a daily. Push him to get a job... once he gets a job help him manage his money and set up a budget. With that being complete (about a one month time frame) you and him go looking for another deal. You can choose to let him borrow the new one on the weekends or what not. Then once you are ready tear into the new one and do a ground up build the way YOU want. This would do soo many things. It will show this kid the way to manage money and be responsible, if he get a truck you two can work side by side on his truck and your new one. This will teack him friendship, respect for his and your ride, and the true minitruckin values.
Well that was my great little speach for the day.
