I have a couple of questions....
1. What size fuel tank would come stock on a 90 B2200 reg cab reg bed?
2. Has anyone had any experience with making a fuel cell out of a keg?
I got a half keg that is 7.75 gals. I figure that is around half a tank compared to the factory tank but I'm not sure what the factory tank is. I've seen fullsize kegs used as fuel cells on t-buckets and other rods and was wondering if anyone has done this or has any information doing it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.....
I think a reg cab tank is 12 gallons and the ec tank is 16, But dont quote me, Hocbj23 or Immortal1 can help
ext cab tanks are slightly larger than std cab tanks, but it's only a small difference, like 2 or 3 gallons.

Its gotta be more than that, the ext cab ones are huge compared to the standard cab ones
It's really not that big of a difference. The std cab tanks sit between the back of the cab and the axle, whereas the ext cab tank sits between the axle and then goes under the bed,but is fairly skinny under the cab. I think the difference is really only about 10L, which converted is between 2 and 3 gallons.
Std cab is roughly 55-60L, and an ext cab is about 65L. I just remember, because when I bought my ext cab it had like no gas in it,and I filled it right up and it took more than 55L to fill it up,whereas my std cab would usually be full around 45L if I filled up from a quarter tank.
I tried looking through the Haynes manual for the exact tank capacities, but could not find them.
According to , the stock fuel tanks were 13-15 gallons.
oh yeah, there's also that place. I forgot about them, lol
Aww man I was close though!

damn, i thought it'd be more, the standard cab one fits nicely between the frame rails right??? When you move it to the back of the bed....
yeah, you can use a std cab gas tank to mount across the truck between the frame rails. Fits perfectly.
